Alaan's SuperPayTM Revolutionizes Cross-Border Payments for UAE Businesses
Alaan, a Middle Eastern corporate card and spend-management firm, has launched SuperPayTM, a new product designed for UAE businesses making payments to global suppliers. The platform aims to simplify cross-border transactions in a market where over $500 billion in international B2B payments move each year, yet only 5% currently use modern corporate card systems.
SuperPayTM offers a unified solution for accounts payable (AP) automation, real-time payment tracking, and transparent pricing. Businesses using the platform gain access to zero transfer fees, competitive foreign exchange rates, and streamlined approval workflows. The product also integrates invoice processing, accounting, and international transfers into one system.
Alaan is initially onboarding a select group of UAE businesses for a beta phase with preferential terms. The company, which already serves over 3,000 finance teams—including those at G42, Careem, McDonald's, and Al Barari—recently secured $48 million in Series A funding from investors like Peak XV Partners and Y Combinator.
The launch comes as global e-invoicing adoption grows, with networks like Peppol processing over 200,000 monthly transactions by October 2025. While exact figures remain unclear, platforms such as Thomson Reuters ONESOURCE Pagero support compliance in over 80 countries, signalling increasing demand for digital payment solutions. UAE businesses interested in SuperPayTM can join the waitlist via Alaans's website.
SuperPayTM enters a market where most UAE companies still rely on outdated payment methods. By combining automation, cost efficiency, and real-time visibility, the platform targets a significant gap in cross-border B2B transactions. Early adopters will benefit from fee waivers and priority access during the beta phase.
