The film, titled John Lilly and the Earth Coincidence Control Office, explores his groundbreaking work on dolphins, alien life, and LSD. It premiered at the 2025 International Film Festival Rotterdam. The documentary was directed by Michael Almereyda and Courtney Stephens. Producers Taylor Hess and Jesse Miller worked on behalf of Couple 3 Films to bring the project to life. Chloé Sevigny lends her voice as the narrator, guiding viewers through Lilly’s unconventional research and its cultural impact.
