Between The Bridges has chosen SumUp as its official payment partner ahead of the 2026 season. The deal, announced this week, includes naming rights—renaming the venue Between The Bridges Powered by SumUp. The partnership will cover all card payments, point-of-sale transactions, and QR code orders from the opening day on 30 April 2026. The collaboration marks SumUp’s latest move into large-scale venue partnerships. The company already serves as the official payment processor for the O2, signalling its growing presence in major event spaces. At Between The Bridges, SumUp’s technology will support around 50 independent traders, offering tools like Solo card readers, POS systems, and QR code payments.

SumUp’s solutions are designed to help small businesses run more smoothly. Features include quick setup, next-day payouts, and no fixed monthly fees. Marcus Weedon, Co-Founder and Director of Between The Bridges, welcomed the deal, calling it an exciting step for the 2026 season. Pierre Lion, Global Director of Enterprise Sales at SumUp, highlighted the partnership’s role in backing independent and creative entrepreneurs. The agreement also reflects SumUp’s broader commitment to London’s cultural and independent scene, reinforcing its reputation as a reliable payment provider for venues of all sizes.

The venue will reopen on 30 April 2026 with SumUp handling every transaction. Traders at Between The Bridges will use the company’s payment systems, from card machines to QR codes. The deal extends SumUp’s reach in large event spaces while supporting small businesses at the heart of the venue.
