Bittensor and Aptos surge as crypto markets show mixed signals on March 23

Cryptocurrency markets saw sharp movements on March 23, with Bittensor and Aptos both posting strong gains. Bittensor tested the $300 mark after a 66% surge from its March lows, while Aptos climbed past $1.07 with a 12% jump. Meanwhile, Ondo Finance and Glider launched a new platform for retail investors to build custom portfolios of tokenized US stocks on-chain. Bittensor's price rally pushed it toward $300, recovering more than two-thirds of its value from earlier in the month. The surge came amid broader market uncertainty, where lower highs and lower lows still signalled a bearish trend.

Aptos also gained momentum, breaking above $1.07 with trading volume soaring over 180% to exceed $211 million. The sudden spike in activity marked one of the day's most notable price movements.

In a separate development, Ondo Finance and Glider introduced a platform allowing retail investors to create and automatically rebalance portfolios of tokenized US equities. Using direct indexing—a strategy once limited to high-net-worth clients—the platform holds assets individually, enabling trading outside standard market hours. Ondo already dominates the tokenized stock sector, controlling 58% of the $908 million market.

Elsewhere, DeepSnitch AI announced plans to go fully public on March 31. Early holders had already seen gains of 205%, while price forecasts ranged from 100x to 1,000x post-launch, with most predictions centring on a 200x increase. The new Ondo-Glider platform expands access to direct indexing, though it remains focused on traditional stock portfolios. Bittensor and Aptos led the day's crypto gains, while DeepSnitch AI's upcoming public launch drew attention with aggressive price predictions. Despite these moves, the broader market structure stayed under pressure.
