EcoFlow teams with Worldline to revolutionize global payment processing
EcoFlow has partnered with Worldline to upgrade its global payment system. The deal aims to streamline transactions and improve customer experience. Both companies will work together to expand local payment options and reduce friction in cross-border sales.
The agreement sees EcoFlow adopting Worldline’s Global Collect platform. This will unify its payment operations worldwide and enable local acquiring in key markets. The move is part of EcoFlow’s push to enhance reliability and meet local compliance rules.
Worldline’s network tokenisation technology will play a key role. It is expected to boost authorisation rates and cut down on false declines, particularly for EcoFlow’s high-value clean energy products. This should make transactions smoother for customers buying premium items. Stijn Gasthuys, Head of Global Commerce at Worldline, highlighted the benefits of the partnership. He noted that Worldline’s global reach and local expertise would support EcoFlow’s growth with dependable, high-performance payment solutions. Meanwhile, Yidan Yuan, Head of Europe at EcoFlow, stressed the importance of payment reliability and higher authorisation rates for their global customer base. As EcoFlow’s transaction volumes increase, Worldline plans to expand its local acquiring services. New regions will include APAC, Latin America, and other markets. This expansion will help EcoFlow meet rising demand while maintaining efficient payment processing.
The partnership strengthens EcoFlow’s payment infrastructure and aligns with its focus on customer-centric innovation. Local acquiring capabilities will reduce cross-border payment issues and ensure compliance with regional regulations. The collaboration is set to improve transaction success rates for EcoFlow’s expanding global business.
