Jeffrey Epstein's Final Will Reveals $100M for Girlfriend and 42 Other Heirs

Jeffrey Epstein's final will, amended just two days before his death in 2019, revealed a complex distribution of his fortune. The document named 43 beneficiaries, with his girlfriend Karyna Shuliak set to receive the largest share. Since its publication in 2024, no legal or financial updates on the estate have emerged as of early 2026.

Epstein's last will allocated substantial sums to close associates and family. His longtime attorney, Darren Indyke, was left $50 million, while accountant Richard Kahn was to receive $25 million. Ghislaine Maxwell, his former assistant, stood to inherit $10 million.

The children of Mona Juul, Norway's former UN ambassador, were named as beneficiaries for a combined $8.5 million. Mark Epstein, Jeffrey's brother, was to receive a $10 million trust fund for his own children. Seven other beneficiaries, whose names remain redacted, were each due between $3 million and $10 million.

The remaining $230 million was to be divided among the other named individuals. Some employees were also included—but only if they had not been dismissed by Indyke or Kahn after Epstein's death. Shuliak, described as Epstein's girlfriend and fiancée, was the largest beneficiary, set to inherit $100 million, his properties, and a 32-carat diamond ring.

Despite the will's publication in 2024, no public legal challenges, asset distributions, or lawsuits have surfaced by early 2026. Shuliak had previously faced scrutiny in investigations linked to Epstein but has not been tied to any further legal action since.

The will's provisions remain unresolved, with no confirmed payouts or disputes reported. The lack of updates leaves the final distribution of Epstein's estate uncertain. As of now, the beneficiaries' legal and financial statuses stay unchanged from the 2024 disclosure.
