Krasnodar's mayor, Yevgeny Naumov, has stated that it is too early to end the heating season in the city, as temperatures may still drop.

The heating season continues in Krasnodar, with no immediate plans to shut it down. On April 1, the head of the Kuban capital announced this on social media. He noted that radiators in residents' homes will only be turned off once the average daily temperature remains at or above +8°C for five consecutive days.

"We have already reached this threshold. However, April weather is unpredictable. Forecasts suggest possible temperature drops and rain until mid-month. Therefore, it is still premature to decide on a specific date to turn off the heating," Naumov wrote on MAKH.

Last year, Krasnodar's heating season ended on April 18, 2025, while the current season began on October 15 on an as-needed basis.

Meanwhile, the heating season is winding down in Yeisk District. On April 1, Yegor Ivanov, deputy head of the local administration, announced on social media that heating could be restored if weather conditions suddenly deteriorate and temperatures fall.
