Langenfeld's New Feldspatzen Daycare Opens with Modern, Child-Centered Learning
A new daycare center is set to open in Langenfeld's Immigrath district. The Feldspatzen Daycare Center, run by Stepke, will offer modern facilities and a child-focused educational approach. Registration for available spots is now open online.
The project marks a significant expansion of childcare services in Langenfeld. Mayor Gerold Wenzens highlighted its role in providing sustainable, high-quality care for local families. He also described the center as a key addition to the city's existing childcare network.
Stepke's regional director, Julia Becker, expressed excitement about moving from a temporary site to a larger, purpose-built facility. The new center will focus on healthy nutrition, language development, outdoor learning, and water-based activities. Its design prioritises space for play, movement, and creative exploration.
Construction partner G & S Baukunst, known for their work on Stepke's Euskirchen center, will oversee the build. Meanwhile, Stepke is actively recruiting educators and support staff, with vacancies listed on their website.
The Feldspatzen Daycare Center will welcome children and families once completed. Interested parents can secure places via the Stepke website. The facility aims to strengthen Langenfeld's childcare infrastructure with its modern, development-focused environment.
