Lassonde Industries hits near $3B in sales with record 2025 profits

Lassonde Industries Inc. has released its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ending December 31, 2025. The company reported strong growth, with annual sales reaching nearly $3 billion and profits rising significantly compared to the previous year. For the full year, Lassonde recorded sales of $2,934.0 million, boosted by a $28.8 million favourable foreign exchange impact. Gross profit stood at $801.5 million, representing 27.3% of sales, though foreign exchange movements had a $5.5 million negative effect.

Operating profit for 2025 was $226.1 million, excluding contributions from Summer Garden. Profit attributable to shareholders rose by $34.1 million year over year, reaching $149.7 million when excluding acquisition-related expenses and Summer Garden's impact. Adjusted EBITDA, excluding non-comparable items but including Summer Garden, climbed to $344.1 million—an increase of $68.2 million (24.7%) from 2024.

In the fourth quarter alone, sales grew by $30.0 million (4.1%) to $768.1 million. Gross profit for the quarter reached $225.0 million (29.3% of sales), up $32.1 million from the same period in 2024. Operating profit surged by $28.2 million to $71.1 million, while adjusted EBITDA rose by $22.2 million (27.9%) to $101.8 million.

The company reaffirmed its ambition to hit $3 billion in sales by 2026. Lassonde's financial performance shows notable growth in both sales and profitability for 2025. The company remains on track to meet its $3 billion sales target next year, supported by improved margins and operational efficiency.
