New Pacific Cruise route links Russia, China, and North Korea via Vladivostok

A new international tourist route will soon link Russia, China, and North Korea. The journey begins and ends in Vladivostok, offering travellers a mix of cultural experiences and scenic stops across three countries. Organisers plan to launch the Pacific Cruise line as early as May, connecting key regions in Russia’s Far East with neighbouring nations. The route starts in Vladivostok, which will act as the main hub for arrivals, transfers, and tour arrangements. From there, tourists will travel through Primorsky Krai’s Khasansky District before crossing into North Korea. Border procedures will follow standard controls, with the trip combining bus and rail transport.

In North Korea, visitors will be restricted to guided sites, approved souvenir shops, and designated hotels. The itinerary then moves into China, where travellers will have greater freedom to explore shopping, entertainment, and local attractions. The Pacific Cruise line will also extend to Kamchatka and Sakhalin, broadening the tour’s reach within Russia’s eastern territories.
