Man Approaches Girls and Injures Them with Pepper Spray - Two Young Girls Attacked With Pepper Spray in Penzberg Assaults

A young man from the Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen district is under investigation for allegedly assaulting two elementary-school-aged girls in Penzberg, Upper Bavaria. Police report that both incidents involved the use of pepper spray, leaving the victims with minor injuries treated at a local hospital.

The first attack took place when the suspect approached a girl and offered her candy. After she refused a second time, he sprayed her with pepper spray. The victim received outpatient treatment before being discharged.

Later, in Penzberg's city centre, the same man targeted another girl riding a scooter. He again used pepper spray, prompting authorities to intervene. Both victims were treated for minor injuries and released.

Investigators believe the suspect may have a mental illness. He now faces two counts of aggravated assault as the case moves forward.

The suspect remains under investigation for the two separate assaults. Both girls have since recovered from their injuries. Authorities continue to examine the circumstances surrounding the incidents.
