Unlimit, a global financial infrastructure platform, has partnered with Decentro, India’s leading fintech enabler. The collaboration aims to simplify cross-border payments for Indian businesses expanding overseas. By integrating Unlimit’s universal operating layer, Decentro now offers a smoother way to handle international transactions. The partnership addresses key challenges faced by Indian fintechs and digital platforms when scaling globally. These include navigating different regulatory rules and dealing with fragmented local payment systems. Together, Decentro and Unlimit provide a single programmable layer for payment acceptance and fund management.

The combined solution handles multi-currency conversion, local compliance, and smart transaction routing. This allows businesses to process payments as efficiently as a domestic player. Customers can now accept regionally preferred methods—such as Brazil’s PIX, Europe’s SEPA Instant, or APAC’s dominant e-wallets—without needing multiple local entities or third-party providers.

Decentro’s cross-border payment capabilities have expanded through Unlimit’s proprietary network. This integration opens access to new markets and payment methods. Rohit Taneja, Decentro’s Founder and CEO, highlighted that the partnership gives global merchants a clear route into international markets.

Irene Skrynova, CEO of Global Payments at Unlimit, added that the collaboration delivers a complete end-to-end global payments solution. The unified approach removes complexity for Indian businesses looking to grow abroad. The partnership arrives as Southeast Asia’s digital economy is forecast to hit $1 trillion by 2030, with Africa’s digital payments market expected to reach $1.5 trillion. Indian businesses now have a streamlined way to enter these high-growth regions. The combined infrastructure supports faster, compliant, and locally optimised transactions.
